Relax with your entire family at this boutique beachfront apartment. Hosting up to 5 guests, Malie is a newly renovated ground floor apartment situated within a small complex directly across from the stunning Shelly Beach. Enjoy the lagoon style pool right at your front door and experience the best of Hervey Bay’s cafe’s, bars, and shops all within walking distance distance along the Esplanade. Malie is only a 10min drive to the Hervey Bay airport, or 2.5hrs to the Sunshine Coast. The space “Malie” is Hawaiian for calm, and we've created a space that will help you find your calm throughout your stay. The palette includes soft tones, plenty of greenery, gold highlights and pastel pinks for a splash of fun. All furnishings and appliances in the apartment are brand new, this includes the 60” smart TV with Netflix and Kayo sports. Kick back on the lounge or front patio with views of the swimming pool, allowing you to relax while the kids play all within view. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, with the master offering a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom providing a double bed with overhead single bunk. The open plan kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop and oven. The bathroom includes a walk in rain head shower with the perfect ledge to stand your glass of bubbles. Malie is accessible via front and rear security doors, with the rear giving immediate access to your own dedicated undercover parking space. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. *whilst the complex is typically quiet and is filled with permanent residents, we have no control over noise made by other residents or guests and cannot take responsibility for any disruptions outside of our control. *please note the wifi internet is a 4G wireless connection, which will support the TV for netflix, along with light browsing on other handheld devices. It is not suitable for streaming video content over multiple devices. Guest access Throughout your stay you will have full access to the swimming pool, gardens and lawn area, along with an outdoor dining area next to the pool. There is a coin operated laundry and washing line on site, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach trips. Don't forget to take the provided fold out picnic tray and towels down to the beach and experience the incredible sunsets! All guests enjoy contactless entry and self check-in using the convenient front door key safe. With only 12 apartments, you'll notice that Malie is much quieter than many other larger complexes. We ask that all guests please be respectful of the designated quiet hours during their stay. Other things to note There are convenient external amenities and services available to all guests, these include: free public BBQ's and fitness equipment positioned along the foreshore, rental scooters parked directly across the road, and a public bus stop right out front of the complex.
