Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not tolerated. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the gaming room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and all outdoor areas. Enjoy the private south-facing pool, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining patio. Self check-in is a breeze with a keypad — no gated entry or special instructions, just the address. Parking is abundant: two covered carports, 2–3 spaces in front, and 3–4 spaces on the side of the house. The garage is not included for short stays, but can be made available for long-term guests upon request before arrival. You’ll be in a prime location, with most of the Phoenix and Scottsdale available within 30 min or less. Quick access to SR-51 and Loop 101. Walk to Costco, relax at a nearby park, or explore dining and shopping minutes away. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful stay. Other things to note Extra seating and pool toys are available in the garden shed for your use. Shower controls use a pull-and-turn system: pull the knob to start/stop the water, and turn left or right to adjust temperature. The private pool is approximately 5.7 ft deep and accessible 24/7. Please supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. To keep nightly rates reasonable and systems reliable, the pool is not actively heated. The pool is south-facing, and Phoenix sunshine often helps warm the water naturally. During extreme summer heat (often exceeding 110°F), the thermostat cooling is limited to a minimum of 72°F to protect the HVAC system.
