The main level features an open living area with comfortable seating, a large dining table for shared meals, and an updated kitchen equipped for cooking and gathering. Natural light and an easy flow between rooms make it ideal for group stays. Downstairs, you’ll find an additional living space with comfortable seating, streaming TV, and gaming — perfect for kids, teens, or anyone who wants their own space to unwind. This is a peaceful, rural property intended for relaxed group stays. While the home offers plenty of outdoor space, quiet hours are respected in the area. Wildlife sightings are common, and weather can vary seasonally — part of the charm of staying in the countryside. Note on Country Living & Pest Control Our homes are located in the beautiful Virginia countryside, offering fresh air, mountain views, and peaceful surroundings. With this setting comes the occasional presence of local insects. We maintain a quarterly professional pest-control program with additional treatments throughout the year. While this greatly reduces activity, it’s not possible to eliminate every bug entirely, especially during certain seasons. Thank you for understanding that a few sightings are a natural part of staying in a rural area.
