The space 🛏 Sleeps 5 - 2 bedrooms (1 Queen + 1 Double) - Additional pull-out single bed in 2nd bedroom - 1 full bathroom 🌟 Features - Open-concept main floor - Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker & kettle - High-speed Wi-Fi -Fully fenced backyard - Dog-friendly (1 dog max, $75 fee) 📍 Location - 2 minute walk to River Valley trails along the North Saskatchewan River - 5 minute walk to Little Brick Café & Dogpatch Bistro - 5 minute drive to downtown Edmonton 🏡 About the Home - This home was built in 1912 and has been thoughtfully updated while maintaining its original charm. - Some floors may be slightly uneven (part of its character) - Front steps are steep; rear access is available with easier entry - Best suited for guests who appreciate historic homes - Not recommended for guests with mobility concerns 🚗 Parking - Street parking available - Optional small parking at the rear of the home Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Basement remains unfinished but gives access to washer & dryer. Smart lock entry — code provided 2 days prior to arrival. Other things to note ⚠️ Other Things to Note - Guest Verification required: Signed rental agreement, ID check & $500 security deposit hold. - No smoking or vaping indoors or on premises for safety & insurance reasons - No parties/events - Dogs only with approval ( Max. 1 dog ) - Long stays (28+ nights): $60 cleaning fee; one month of starter supplies provided. 🐾 Dog Policy We welcome 1 approved dog per stay.
