Comfortable stay in a historic house

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. For example, the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is old, and a slight musty smell can be detected, which very sensitive people should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern. The space The apartment has an entrance area from which all rooms can be accessed. There is a spacious living and dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. All rooms are separate. The garden can also be used. Guest access The entire apartment on the ground floor of the house is at your disposal. This includes the entrance area, the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and of course the bedroom. To the left of the house is a garden that also belongs to the apartment. There's an outdoor bench there. Basement, laundry room and the upper floors may NOT be entered to protect the other residents. Thank you!
