This 1900 chalet, renovated with beautiful materials (cement tiles, polished concrete, parquet, exposed stones...) is located in the CHÂTEAU DE NESCUS park. 3 km from La Bastide de Sérou and its shops and about twenty minutes from most of Ariège's tourist sites. The space On the ground floor it is composed of a kitchen-dining room with pantry, a bathroom and a large living room. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with 2 to 3 beds with storage in each, 2 bathrooms and a powder room. Outside, a terrace with barbecue, garden and private parking in a wooded park.
