Enjoy our family friendly cabin with lots of room for fun. You will be close to all amenities when you stay at this centrally located cabin. Just steps away from the beach, park, boat launch and marina. Whether it is fishing, quading, sledding, golf, fun in the sun, or just a getaway, our family cabin has lots to offer you at the beautiful Resort Village of Tobin Lake. Tobin is a picturesque northern lake known for its trophy Walleye and Pike fishing. The space Features of our cabin: We now have Starlink WI-FI !!!!!!!!!!!! 1250 sq/ft fully furnished cabin built in 2015. Fully equipped kitchen including: stove, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, ice machine, BBQ. Water is on reverse osmosis so it is potable (drinkable). Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Twin over Double Bunk, Double floor mattress Bedroom 3 - Double Bed, Single Bunk Beds *All rooms are equipped with blackout blinds and portable fans* *Guest are required to provide their own bedding, pillows, towels, dish clothes, toiletries* Living Room -Oversized sectional couch and 2 reclining chairs. 2 tables of 4 as well as an island for eating at. -50 inch TV with Bell satellite dish and DVD player. -Natural gas fireplace. (Left off in the spring/summer/fall months but can guide guest how to start and operate in the winter ) Guest Information: - 1 full bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet/sink and 1 half bathroom with toilet/sink. - Large spacious covered deck (26ft x 12 ft) with BBQ which wraps around to massive fire pit area with string lighting. Just plug in at the door. (Fire Wood is supplied) -Lots of parking on premises for boats and vehicles. *GUESTS MUST BRING* their own bedding, bed sheets, pillows, towels, tea towels, dish clothes, and toiletries. ALL A BLOCK AWAY! - Beach / Park - Marina - Boat Launch / Filleting Shack - Hilltop Grocery Store and Tackle (ICE CREAM, Miniature Golf, Park) - Shorebird Restaurant Guest are required to do the following upon check out: - Vacuum/Sweep - Wash and put away all dishes - Wipe down counters - Tidy bathrooms - Bag all garbage and put in blue garbage bins behind the cabin. All garbage must be BAGGED or it won’t be accepted by the Garbage pick up! - There is also a public recycling and garbage bin at the boat launch. - No food/bait is to be left in fridge or freezer. -Wipe down fridge shelves There is cleaning supplies in hallway closet and mechanical room. It is mandatory for all guest to leave the cabin as they found it at check-in for the next incoming tenants. We do have someone that goes through after each booking to ensure adequate cleanliness and damage control. *IMPORTANT TO NOTE* -Cabin runs on a septic system so try and monitor water use.
