The villa has 125 m² of living space and was completely renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in impeccable condition. Up to 10 people can stay in the villa. There are 8 sleeping places on the upper floor and there are two box-spring sofa beds in the living room. The terrace is 15 m² and up to three cars can park for free on the private property. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The dart device can be used free of charge! The space On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with two box-spring sofas, a dining area, the kitchen, hallway and the guest toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds, one bedroom has a double bed of 160 × 200 cm, one bedroom has a bed with pull-out function for two people. The bathroom has a shower, sink, hanging toilet and bathroom cabinet. The living room leads to the 15 m² terrace. Terrace furniture is located here. There are five free parking spaces available directly at the house. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, the whole terrace under the free parking spaces. Other things to note Villa Höpen is located in the third row from the main road. Therefore, it is both very idyllic, quiet and in the middle of nature but also very central, about 20 minutes from downtown Hamburg.
