Chandler Oasis - Large backyard w/ pool

Come relax in the Chandler Oasis house! This three-bedroom home has everything you need for a peaceful getaway and is only minutes away from the excitement of downtown Chandler and Gilbert. Huge backyard and pool, you will never want to leave this nature oasis. Smell the sweet jasmine and gardenias in bloom while sipping your favorite beverage. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy meals at home, but when you would like to take the night off there are tons of nearby options. The space The Chandler Oasis home is a wonderful desert getaway. We have everything you need to enjoy the property but when you do want to venture out we are centrally located, 5 minutes to downtown Chandler, 10 minutes to downtown Gilbert, and 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. Inside we have a large dining table for home-cooked meals, a huge TV to sit back and relax, and plenty of board games for a night in. In the main bedroom, there is a king-size bed with a memory foam topper, there are also two twin beds that are best for kids, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed with a memory foam topper, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Each room has its own modern desert decor. Outside, we have a large pool with the option to be heated for an additional fee, with four lounge chairs, a dining table set, a BBQ, and additional chairs around a propane fire pit under the gazebo to enjoy the flowering yard. We have a propane pool heater and can heat the pool to 85 degrees during the day for an additional fee of: September-October $55/day November-March $65/day April-May $45/day June- August- The pool is typically around 86-92 degrees during the summer months during the day without being heated. But if it is colder it can be heated for $15/day. We need a 48 hour notice to heat the pool (so we have enough time to heat it for your arrival) Guest access The entire house and backyard but there is no garage access. Other things to note The Chandler Oasis is our only Airbnb, and also where we spend our vacations, so we have all the comforts and extras we know guests would like when on vacation. So you can spend more time enjoying the home and relaxing. We are always a text/call away and happy to help make your stay the best possible.
