Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Private, charming cabin located on the Potomac river. Located in Riverton, WV, this hand crafted semi-off grid cabin awaits. Enjoy a fire next to the river, fall asleep to the lullaby of the sounds of nature, take in the beauty, fresh air and gorgeous mountain scenery. The Cabin is equipped w/ kitchenette, shower house w/ composting toilet. Does have electric! Take a stroll along the pathways of the river and come say hello to our farm animals! The cabin comes with a small kitchenette, including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, single electric burner, pots, cooking utensils, coffee/tea/creamers/sugar/popcorn . There is no running water in the cabin but we do provide 2 gallons of potable water to drink with, cook, wash dishes/hands etc. More can be provided if needed. The cabin does come with a fan as there is no a/c unit, as well as a heater for those chilly nights. The cabin has a pull out sofa with topper and cozy blankets/pillows/sheets. The loft has a full size mattress with blankets/pillows/sheets as well. The storage loft has a first aid kit, fishing poles/hooks, camping chairs, and room to store your baggage. The shower house located directly across from the cabin, just a stone's throw away is equipped with composting toilet and shower . The shower is currently being winterized and it will be inoperable. Guests are welcome to use the entire cabin area and firepit. They also have river access. We welcome our guests to visit the chickens, goats and pigs as well. The cabin is located on our property, please feel free to contact us if anything is required for your stay. We can surely keep in contact via Airbnb. We are pet friendly, we just ask that the pets stay off the furniture and/or be crated. One medium sized crate is available to use at no extra cost. Please keep your dog on a leash as there are farm animals surrounding the property ,
