Potential for hearing/being heard by other guests. If you are looking for complete privacy and quiet in regards to noise, this residence may not meet your needs. The space With original woodwork and craftsman details throughout, this historic home is a beautiful space to relax and unwind. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to sit and visit, or curl up with a good book. Each bedroom contains a TV and ample closet space, along with extra bedding to keep you toasty at night. The dining table seats four, and there is also a small bistro table with more seating in the kitchen. The complete kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals, with a great collection of kitchenware as well as a number of cooking basics such as oil, salt and pepper, and more. The full bathroom has a tub and shower and numerous amenities. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Guest access You will have access to the entire main floor of the home, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, living and dining rooms, and a complete kitchen. Other things to note On site, street parking available in front of residence. If you need additional parking for a boat or RV, that's no problem. Just let us know as we have off-street parking available in back. As a reminder, this a two unit residence. Each guest is expected to follow house rules, especially in reference to "quiet time" in an effort to respect each other’s peace and enjoyment of their stay. In addition, each unit has its own entrance and key code to gain access to their unit. If you are uncomfortable with the possibility of noise from the other unit, then this residence is not for you.
