My house with garden located a 7-minute walk from the central train station of Avignon is available occasionally on request, especially during the Avignon festival. It is very well located, quiet and at the same time close to the historic and cultural center of the city. It is functional and fully equipped. We look forward to hosting you! The space Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a small bedroom with a raised bed for an adult or preferably a child, small office space with sofa bed also available. On the ground floor: the bathroom, the living room-kitchen. Laundry room in shed outside. Please note: access to the rooms via a staircase. Other things to note The proximity of the neighbors means that I want to rent only to discreet and serious people, parties and long evenings are forbidden. Pets are not allowed, and smokers can smoke outside only. I also want clean and very careful people, since this is my place of residence for the rest of the year. I will therefore welcome you with great pleasure if you are respectful of the place, the environment and people! If you are an unconditional fan of air conditioning, please go elsewhere ;-) If you're not used to it, bring mosquito repellent, bzzzzzz!
