Look no further! Exploring Newport on foot is one of the most memorable experiences you can have. Park your car for the weekend and walk, dine and laugh your way through one of the most historic cities in the country. After a long day of exploring, you will be welcomed home into a comfortable retreat with cool air conditioning in a safe neighborhood. Our condo is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit and extra den with 3 queen beds and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room to enjoy the whole wonderful space on your vacation! You will have access to your own patio with chairs, table and shade should you choose to sit outside and enjoy coffee, a cocktail, or both! We provide amenity essentials such as linens, bath towels, and a Keurig coffee station complete with KCups, cream and sugar! We also offer basic items for a few days stay: paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent pods. We'd love to have you as a guest, so please reach out and ask us any questions you may have about our space or what we provide! We also have a pack and play available on request, so if you choose to bring the little one, let us know and we can have it in your unit for your arrival. Guest access You will have private access to 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, and two bathrooms, as well as two reserved off-street parking spaces. Other things to note My husband is in the Navy and 10 years ago we were stationed in Newport. At first we were questionable about the move but in a matter of days we fell in love with Newport, so much so that we decided to purchase a home there for our retirement. In the meantime, we have decided to share our special home with vacationers!
