Lucky Duck Studio, located in the Historic District of St. Michaels has everything you need including WIFI, YouTube TV, large closet, and a washer and dryer if you would like to go home with a clean set of clothes. It is the perfect studio for a romantic weekend, wedding, friends or a family of 4. The L shaped sofa lifts into a queen sleeper with fresh linens, pillows and cozy throws. The Village Shoppe is steps away to stock your SMEG refrigerator with cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, homemade meals and beverages of choice. Sit and relax and make yourself a cocktail in the parlor before heading out to dinner. The parlor is fully stocked with all of your drink ware for your favorite libations. Relax on the front porch with a cup of coffee from one of our local coffee shops (Blue Heron directly across the street) or enjoy a beverage of choice as you engage in the bustling streets of Talbot Street. Our property has everything you need and is perfect for a romantic weekend away, a getaway with the family or a fun weekend with friends. The suite is also perfect for a wedding party to get ready while sipping champagne in the parlor or the parents of the bride or groom or as a guest. It’s a perfect oasis in the heart of St. Michaels! Walk over to the St. Michael’s Farmers Market on Saturday morning located behind Pemberton’s Pharmacy and pick up fresh flowers, key lime pie and fresh fruit to snack on during the day. Take a quick walk to Muskrat Park to enjoy the serene Miles River views and feed the local ducks. Rent a kayak or paddle board across the street from Dave at Shore Pedal and Paddle and explore the hidden creeks along the Miles River and wave to the locals as they sit on their decks. Then walk over to the local waterfront restaurant Foxy’s Harbor Grille and enjoy appetizers while listening to live music and watch all of the sailboats and yachts head into St. Michael’s Marina. Sit on the deck of Crab Claw Restaurant and enjoy a bushel of crabs. Your choices are endless and our quaint town will not disappoint! Everything is in walking distance to waterfront, restaurants, shops, boating and museums. Parking is available throughout the town but everything is in walking distance. There are 2 private parking spaces located behind the house. We own the entire property so you can be reassured that any guests staying in our other studio is managed by us as well and follows the same rules. We have a private mortgage business next door on the main level that is used during the work week. The entrance you will see is the back of porch. The door on the front of the porch is our other airbnb property.
