The space The house has a large, and well appointed, kitchen/dining space which works very well for family and friends who enjoy cooking and eating together. Both back and front gardens are easily accessed from the kitchen/dining room. A Bose speaker with bluetooth connection is available for guests to play music and there are a variety of board games. There is a separate sitting room with sofas and a smart TV (international TV channels, movies and a DVD player). Outside there are many different options for places to sit with a small or large group (a variety of tables and chairs are available in the store room, as well as a BBQ) - all with beautiful views over the neighbouring farms. The four bedrooms (with double or king beds) are all located on the first floor with additional single beds available in bedroom four and the hall space (please let us know your requirements). Using all of the available beds incuding the ones in the upstairs hall, the house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people Guest access Guests have private access to the whole property including the gardens. There are non habitable sections of the building (a barn and smaller house). The photo shows the main section of the house which is habitable and totally available for guests. There is also a storeroom with an additional refridgerator BBQ and outdoor furniture. Other things to note In the storeroom there is a second refrigerator which can be turned on. There is a BBQ, please provide your own coal (BBQ utensils are in the kitchen) If you want to make use of the single beds, let us know your requirements so that we can help to set up the arrangements in the best way for you.
