Private bed and bathroom in new home. Neighborhood in Boulder county with beautiful Mountain Views and pets welcome! Perfect for a change of scenery while working remote. Centrally located with quick access to Boulder and quaint downtown areas of Erie, Lafayette, and Louisville. At this time I am renting only to those that identify as female in accordance with Airbnb policy for shared spaces in personal homes. Guest access In addition to the private bedroom and bathroom, guests have access to shared spaces that include main floor living room, stocked kitchen, laundry room, and small fenced yard for furry friends. For those traveling with pets my pup loves the large dog park right down the street, around 8 acres with amazing views of the mountains!
