Tulip villa is a 3000 sq ft villa surrounded with beautiful landscaping in 0.5 acre land providing an experience of serene nature. This villa is located Grape County Eco Resort, at a walkable distance to GC Resort Restaurant and Resort Lake. The villa is built with standards and amenities meeting premium hospitality. Distance by car from: - Trimbakeshwar Mandir: 15 mins - Sula Vineyard: 22 mins The space To respect the privacy of guests, we have an indoor jaccuzi pool, a separate huge deck area other than the garden area. Jacuzzi Pool is 150 sqft, depth is 2.5 ft. It has normal water, not hot water. Adults can sit in it, not swim. Guest access Entire 0.5 acre of property is accessible, Guests can access the entire villa, jaccuzi pool, deck and garden area. Resort amenities can be accessed: Restaurants, Lake and Nature Walks. Other amenities like boating and horse riding needs to be checked with resort reception for availability. Please not that the above mentioned amenities are to be paid for separately and not included in the price of the stay. Other things to note 1. Food options available are as follows: a. Caretaker can cook as per order (homely food) Approximate cost for food provided by the caretaker would be as follows: Breakfast: 100-150/- per dish Veg thali: 350-400/- Non veg thali- 450-550/- b. Grape County Multi Cuisine Restaurant can deliver food at the villa. For any food orders please talk to caretaker a day in advance, that will help them procure raw materials accordingly and deliver on time. 2. Villa has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. AC is available in the 2 bedrooms. 3. The villa is located inside Grape County Eco Resort. Located in phase1, at a walkable distance from Grape Rounty Restaurant and the Lake. 4. Full time caretaker will be on the property, they have their separate house where they stay. Intercomm is available for ease of communication. 5. 100Mbps wifi is available in the villa. This being an eco resort, the mobile network is limited. 6. Recommended to have own car or full day cab as uber/ola waiting time could be longer than usual.
