Idyllic archipelago cottage

Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island. The space Cottage 32 sqm, one double bed and one sofa bed. The cabin is located on a larger archipelago plot with several houses. You will experience the accommodation undisturbed and private. Sometimes I'm out, but I live in the main house, out of earshot. In the "kitchen" there is a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Outdoor grill with LPG. Only cold water for that house. Good drinking water is available. Outdoor shower at the lake shed/sauna. Otherwise, there is a shower in the main house to borrow if it is stormy. Possibly, a nice garden shed by the water with 2 beds is included. Guest access Private cottage, shared outdoor toilet and shower in the main house are available if you do not want to use the outdoor shower. The outdoor shower had poor hot water flow for a short period, but it has now been fixed and WORKS PERFECTLY. Large wood-fired sauna is available in the boathouse next to the water. It is located by the jetty that is great to swim from. There is good drinking water on the island. There is also a nice rowboat for fishing/swimming and freedom to see more of the water environment. Other things to note New sliding doors and a better lake view from the house than in the pictures. Trees were taken down last fall. Boat connection only, includes pick-up and drop-off at Söderby dock, 6-7 minute boat ride in a safe boat with a cabin so we stay dry regardless of the weather. Söderby Brygga is located in (search address is Söderby Brygga, where there is free parking) Haninge, Road 73 towards Nynäshamn, 25-30 minutes from Stockholm. If necessary, additional boat transportation can be arranged for a fee. Sheets and bath towels are included. There are 2 sea kayaks to use. Makes it easier if you have some experience, especially if it's windy. There is also a rowboat to use. If you come by train, it's a good idea to get off in Västerhaninge if you want to shop beforehand. From there, walk 3 minutes to the Hemköp grocery store and Systembolaget for alcoholic beverages. Then I'll pick you up outside Hemköp by car. The property is not located on the mainland, but on the island of Långgarn.
