My sunny caravan is situated in Berwick - a most beautiful area for coastal walking and exploring the Historic town of Berwick on Tweed with it's coastal location and historic city walls. Located in a popular holiday park my caravan is 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minute walk from railway station, Berwickshire Coastal path. A golf course surrounds the park.The holiday park has entertainment, pool (extra fee), restaurant and supermarket March to November. Play passes are NOT included. The space My lovely home from home caravan comes with everything you need apart from shower towels. It has 3 bedrooms, with one shower room with heated towel rail, wc, wash basin and an additional wc with basin. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the double master bedroom has a tv/dvd player also. There is a dining and small coffee table in the lounge as well as flat screen TV and our own wifi. Lounge has an electric fire and bedrooms have addional electric heating. There is adequate space for working in the caravan also. My caravan is equipped with tea/coffee/sugar, toiletries, condiments, 2 hand towels, tea towels, small first aid kit, sandwich bags, hairdryer, high chair, toilet rolls, cleaning materials, iron, iron board, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, hand wash powder, games, books, toys and plenty information leaflets. Passes are not included - only caravan rental. Guest access My caravan has some decking with a small Bistro set outside and tubs with flowers. The gate clicks shut and it is safe area for young children on the decking. Other things to note Please note that although there is a playpark , small supermarket and a few eateries on site, the pool and kids activities will require a play pass. Play passes are not included but can be purchased at reception. Please note, on site, the mini mart, activities, swimming pool and restaurant are closed from late November until early March. However the shops in town are within a 10 minute walk Well behaved dogs are allowed in the caravan subject to a small fee-advance notice is necessary. The bathrooms have toiletries for you to use and one tea and hand towel. Bath towels are not supplied. All bedrooms have beds made up. My caravan is strictly non smoking. Minimum stay of 2 nights required and 3 in July and August
