Shambarla guest house is just 15 min to Noosa Main Beach and Hasting St and a 7 min drive to the popular Eumundi Markets. Nestled in the Noosa hinterland giving you tranquilty to relax whilst still being close to the amazing attractions of Noosa. This brand new guest house offers you a secure, self contained private dwelling - completely separate from the main house with your own entrance and dedicated parking area. Perfect for a weekend away, short holiday or even a quick business trip . The space Situated at the rear of our 2 acre property the guest house overlooks the rear of the main house and has been elevated to maximise your privacy . You feel like you are relaxing in a tree house once inside. Open plan living spaces, 2 double bedrooms with queen beds and quality linen , fans through out as well as air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso Coffee Pod machine and all necessary appliances. Enjoy cooking eggs supplied from the chickens on the property each morning if you desire and a some basic breakfast goods will be included . Your private deck looks out over the trees and has an undercover dining area and bbq for you to enjoy. Washing facilites ( including eco safe washing liquid that is safe for our system) and a dedicated workspace are also available. Other things to note We have a 2 small Cavoodle dogs called Budderball and Remi who mostly lives indoors but may occasionaly be roaming the property and love to say hello. Please let us know if this isn't what you want and we can easily secure them for your stay. We do ask that the garden gate is always closed though to keep them safe. Our home is set on 2 acres with plenty of birds and wildlife. This is a family environment so you may hear the sounds of living and the chickens waking so please take this into consideration when booking. The guest house overlooks the main house and chickens whose eggs you may enjoy as we will always leave guests a bowl but the area is private and attached to the main house. Our property is rain water reliant so please be aware of water use. We are also have a bio septic system so please only flush toilet paper and no other products even if they are flushable. This is a perfect space to relax after exploring the beautiful beaches, markets and sights the Sunshine Coast has to offer . We look forward to hosting you!
