This remodeled home is an ideal family rental in the massively popular Ocean Beach. Sliding doors open to both the front and back decks creating the ideal indoor-outdoor floor plan. Enjoy open concept living, with indoor/outdoor space for lounging and dining, 3 parking spaces (one in garage and two in driveway, and plenty of street parking), laundry, games, and tons of amenities. LIVING ROOM: You'll love the spacious, open, and stunning living area with designer finishes. Challenge your friends or family to a game of pool, watch the game on the large screen TV, sit at the kitchen countertop barstools with a San Diego craft beer, or take an afternoon nap on the couch. We have a dining table, kitchen barstools, and a large couch to provide ample seating for your entire party. The kitchen is also open to the living room so if you're cooking, you can still get in on all the action. KITCHEN + DINING: Our brand new kitchen is roomy with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. We have a large island, stainless steel fridge with an ice-maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a large sink with a garbage disposal. The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. We have plenty of dishes, plates and lots of tableware to accommodate large groups. There are also basic spices for all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen are the barstools on the kitchen island with seating for 4, as well as a large dining table with seating for up to 5, with additional seating in the living room, and large outdoor space. The large TV can also be seen while cooking!
