Less than one month rental will require car to be parked in garage. No other parking is available for less than monthly rentals. Home exchange members- we will take points, please inquire thru them The city of Laguna Niguel feels like a country club. Our condo is equipped with lovely neighbors, pool, spa and gym! One car allowed in small garage space. Oversized cars will not fit. Please bring or rent a smaller car. Parking is very limited and strictly enforced!! NO OVERNIGHT GUEST PARKING within the complex. Limited street parking. Other overnight parking around a mile away. If you have guests you do not tell me about and they park by the condo they will be towed. One month rental is required for more parking options and requires much effort from both of us. Please keep in mind. Our home is unfortunately not handicapped accessible. Stairs to get to entrance and stairs to the bedrooms. The main road can be heard when outside. When inside it isn’t noticeable and fans for white noise at night are provided. The occasional loud motorcycle can be heard. Construction! We are slated to have our building painted later this year. If your trip happens to fall on this update you will get an additional discount.
