This is the perfect location for all of your Crested Butte adventures: Located on the free bus line to the base area, near bike trails, and only 3 miles from the town of Crested Butte, you truly are in the middle of paradise! This pet friendly condominium offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pull out sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & a patio where you can enjoy a nightcap or the afternoon sunshine. STR License # 305608 The space MUDROOM: Entering the home, you’ll walk right into the mudroom that has plenty of storage for skis, jackets, and boots. THE SPACE: The open floor plan on the first floor has large vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, combined with new furnishings and fixtures. The view from the living area is stunning and overlooks the mountains. LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and features plenty of seating. A gas fireplace creates a beautiful mountain ambience on cool evenings. there is a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. DINING ROOM: The dining area is bright and open. The table can seat 4 comfortably and is right next to the kitchen. KITCHEN: From the large kitchen sink, your view is directly towards the Mt Crested Butte. The kitchen has all the necessities to create a delicious meal. BEDROOM & BATHROOM: The bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed. There is plenty of closet storage. The bathroom is shared with the living area and has a walk-in shower. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: The bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed. This room overlooks the living area and is open to below. It does not have a door. There is a large closet for storage. There is a private deck of this bedroom with views of Mt Crested Butte. BATHROOM: The bathroom on the second floor has a tub and shower. Two sinks. HOME COMFORTS: For each guest, we provide you with high quality linens, pillows, blankets and towels. LAUNDRY: The unit has a washer and dryer that is free for guests to use. PARKING: There is free parking on site for 2 cars (strictly no trailers allowed). GUEST ACCESS: You’ll enter the house with a code provided to you before check-in. You'll have full access to the entire unit, 2 free parking spaces, and large outdoor deck. Other things to note: QUIET HOURS: Our unit shares a wall with another unit. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are between 9:00PM and 7:00AM. CHAIRLIFTS: The lifts are a 4-10 minute walk (or 10 minute free shuttle bus) depending on which lift you choose. The ski bus picks up just outside the condo. SPACE: The home can fit 4 guests comfortably on queen size beds. Well-behaved pets are welcome. There are two full bathrooms to share. STAIRS: Please keep in mind that although the entrance is at ground level, there is a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the townhome. SHUTTLE BUS: Buses between Mt. Crested Butte & Crested Butte run every 15 minutes in the Winter/Summer seasons and every 40 minutes in Spring/Fall season. There is also a shuttle bus that stops directly in front of the condo every 30 minutes during the Winter that brings you to the base area. PETS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. If you do wish to bring your dog with you, please let us know in advance as we do ask for you to pay an additional $125 pet fee to help cover the additional cleaning. Please keep your dog off furniture and beds and pick up after them outside. No excessive barking. TAX: The town of Mt Crested Butte charges a 7.9% tax for all short term rentals. This tax is included in your price as is the additional 8.9% tax for Gunnison County and Colorado. Guest access There is a lockbox located at the entrance of the unit. The code will be provided to guests 48 hours prior to check-in.
