While having a personal vehicle is the most convenient way to get around, public transportation is nearby, and Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are readily available. Other things to note 🏡 Welcome to Your Perfect Stay! Our home is located in a quiet, safe, and well-maintained neighborhood, just minutes from I-675, shopping, and fantastic restaurants. You’ll love the convenience—close to everything but not tucked away in the middle of nowhere! 🕓 Flexible Check-In & Check-Out ✅ Early Check-In: Need to arrive early? Just ask! If our cleaning schedule allows, we’re happy to accommodate 1-2 hours early at no charge. For arrivals earlier than 2 hours, there is a $75 early check-in fee. ✅ Late Check-Out: If you’d like a later checkout, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll gladly accommodate if possible! Checkouts after 10 AM without prior notice will incur a $75 fee. 🐾 Bringing a Pet? We love hosting dog-friendly stays! There is a $150 pet fee per stay for one dog. If bringing more than one, additional fees may apply. 🚫 No cats – the owner is highly allergic. ✅ Guest Verification & Fees: Truvi Guest Verification required. Damage waiver: $35 per stay. This is a simple guest verification process, send a photo and drivers license to verify you! ⏳ Last-Minute Bookings We happily welcome same-day reservations during our business hours (8 AM - 6 PM). If booking the same day, a $200 refundable security deposit will be required. This will be returned within 7 days after checkout, provided there is no damage.
