Cerise, family 3 bedroom cottage

La Lohuas is an old farmhouse converted into six family gîtes. The gîtes are surrounded by large grounds with green areas, playgrounds and a heated, covered swimming pool. There is also a hen house with chickens, roosters, ducks, a goose and a peacock. A shaded path leads to the stream which borders the property. The site is surrounded by fields and woods. Many walking and hiking routes are easily accessible. The space Cerise is a 3 bedroom gite. The front door opens into a large living room with a sitting room with three comfortable sofas and exposed oak beams, a dining room and a fully equipped open plan kitchen (fan assisted oven, gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). On the first floor, there is a bathroom with bath and WC, and three bedrooms: one with two single beds; a second bedroom with twin beds and dressing room; and a third master bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own shower room and WC. There is also a terrace in front of the house facing south overlooking the fish pond, then the gardens, playground and pool enclosure. It is equipped with a table, a parasol and a barbecue. The gite is private; the pool, gardens, playground and laundry room are shared with other travellers.
