Cafes, beer gardens and restaurants, as well as all shops serving daily necessities are within walking distance. Architecture: You can start your day in peace with a delicious Nespresso coffee on the cozy outdoor lounge and enjoy all the amenities of this apartment. As soon as you enter the hallway, the view of the heart of the apartment - the loft-like living room with its five-meter-high glass front, which can be opened extensively to the partially covered balcony and takes you inside. The open architecture on the lower level includes the living and dining area, an open sleeping area as well as bathroom and open kitchen. A spiral staircase leads to the open gallery with a bright workplace and chaise longue, as well as a closed bedroom with its own roof terrace. Sleeping: Two high-quality sleeping areas are available for restful sleep: >a king-size box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) in the open sleeping area on the lower level (loft floor plan) > A queen size double bed (160 × 200 cm) in the separate bedroom on the upper level with blackout curtains In the open gallery, there is also a comfortable chaise longue, which is suitable as a relaxation or reading area and can be used as a sleeping option for a fifth person if necessary. Living & dining: The open living-dining area has a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining table with comfortable armchairs and space for 5 people. Kitchen: In the fully equipped open kitchen, in addition to a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, you will also find a dishwasher incl. Tabs, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook delicious. We provide a basic set of spices, salt, pepper as well as balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Bath: The bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower. In addition to fluffy towels, you will find everything you could want at home: hair dryer, hand soap, cosmetic mirror as well as shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion from Prija. Workspace: The gallery offers you a retreat to work at your desk in peace or read on the comfortable recamiere or work through documents. Balcony & roof terrace: End your day on the large and partially covered balcony with a cozy lounge and hanging chair or enjoy a rooftop sundowner. Note: An elevator is not available. The whole apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide high quality sheets and towels. You can also expect a fine selection of coffee capsules and teas. Additional services: For longer stays, regular interim cleaning incl. Linen and towel changes are part of the living concept and are planned in a binding manner. Before check-in, an online registration form must be completed by law.
