Your logins are safe and secure! Other things to note Come enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach. This end unit town home has an open common area behind and along wide the home. You can enjoy quiet privacy. We have play toys for the kids and a foozball table in the garage for that down time. Please note - due to the new Delaware tax on room rates, the HOA fee ($175) is no longer in our room rate but billed under cleaning fee so our guests don't pay tax on the HOA fee. Our HOA requires guests to provide the following contact information and sign the community rules document. You will receive a link about a month prior to your arrival to provide the required HOA information: home address, email and drivers license #. WIFI and Roku Guest are provided. You will be able to log into any of your personal streaming services. Roku Guest automatically logs you out on your check out date. There are 2 TVs-a 55" in the living room and at 32" in the master bedroom. Foosball table located in the garage for entertainment. Community offers great amenities with multiple pools, free beach shuttle, clubhouse with pool tables, well equipped gym. Walking trails with lakes nearby. Bedroom layout: Master - queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full /queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a pull out twin trundle. There is a fold out twin bed in the master closet. The master closet could double as a small nursery. If you need a porta-crib- please advise us in advance of your arrival. Please contact us if you're interested in off season long term rental. .
