The house – was completely renovated in the years 2020-2022. The property is centrally located in the middle of the park and is modernly furnished. Gas heating provides cozy warmth in winter. The property is completely fenced. In the house – about 45 m² spread optimally over a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 small dressing room/baby room, hallway and the shower room.
