The house – was completely renovated in 2020-2022. The property is located in the middle of the park and is modernly furnished. A gas heater provides cozy warmth in winter. The property is completely fenced. In the house – approx. 45 m² are optimally distributed over a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 small dressing room/baby room, hallway and the shower room. At the house – 1 terrace (covered) and a small garden invite you to linger. Dining – extendable dining table with up to 6 chairs, cabinets Kitchen – kitchenette with appliances (fridge, mini oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, hot air fryer, kettle, dishes, glasses and cutlery. All kitchen utensils are provided.)
