Many Great Bargains shops ! Supermarket nearby and a 711 just around the corner ! Great for students, business and leisure travellers or anyone who is looking for a convenient location! FREE Wifi ! Fully furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchenette ideal for light cooking. It is a shared kitchen with Laundry facility – Complimentary for all guests ! Shared bathroom. UNLESS this is a Studio stated with private bathroom. The photos used in the listing is of a sample room, based on Availability. All our rooms are very similar. Do message me and I will update you with the availability of the room ASAP. Complimentary housekeeping is done every 10 days at common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, living room only. As there isn't an onsite reception, you have to come to our office to sign a flatshare agreement before move in. All guests are required to present their passport during check in. We will be required to take a copy of your valid photo ID / passport and valid visa to stay during registration. Our office will help with all your operations issues during your stay. Which means…if your room light is not working, or your door lock has problem, our office colleagues will be most happy to help you. So your Stay is Stress-Free !!! This is not a space for pets or to throw any parties. We don’t’ want complaints from our flatmates. Other things to note Please note, when you move in, you will need to pay for Hong Kong stamp duty tax which is less than HK$60 and key deposit Refundable HK$500, a flatshare agreement will be signed too. 100 fee for cleaning Electricity is extra, will be shared among pro-rate by all flatmates.
