Our apartment is very homely, and it was thought to detail so that you feel at your home away from home! It is located in the very heart of Estrela, one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of Lisbon! Here you will find everything you need to feel at home. The space The apartment is unique in its design. In this flat you will find a stylish living room with tons of natural light, a beautiful space in which to relax or socialize. After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home! A modern and open fully equipped kitchen, is waiting for you, ready for all cooking experiences. There's a wonderful terrace where you can have your meal in the sun or just relax during the day while enjoying the view. Our bathroom has a bathtub where you can enjoy a warm bath with an incredible view. Something unique that we believe you will love! The main bedroom has a super big and comfortable double bed perfect to relax after a long day spent outside. You'll also have space to unpack your bags and settle in. The second bedroom features an ultra comfortable double sofa bed designed to transform your experience into a cozy retreat. The apartment is equipped good Wi-Fi connection, a Smart TV and AC. We like keeping this apartment as clean, neat and comfortable as possible. We appreciate our guests caring for the apartment as if it's their own. The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Guest access You will have full access to the property during your stay. Enjoy! Other things to note The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests are allowed. The property is unsuitable for children under 16 years old. The property is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator for access. All guests will be required to present a valid ID before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities. Any delays in providing these will consequently delay the check-in. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. Please note that if you need a late check-in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as follows: - From 20:00 to 02:00h: €25 + VAT - After 02:00h: Confirm availability before booking This fee will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not follow the correct check-out procedure, a minimum 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply. Check-out: You MUST leave the keys inside the property on the table. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.
