Beautiful and Spacious UWS Apt

Experience the best of NYC from this gorgeous Upper West Side pre-war apartment. Recently-renovated, sparkling clean, and steps from the 2/3 express train at 96th St in a safe building with a 24-hour doorman. I'm happy to give you all my best advice on the city, or just stay out of your way! NOTE: Per NYC law, this short-term rental requires that I be present. I have a separate BR and bath down the hall. The space This is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath apartment. There is a large common area with kitchen, dining area, and living room. We have lots of board games and books if that's your jam. Coffee (Keurig) included, with 2% and oat milk. If you like to cook, you'll love the well-stocked gourmet kitchen. You'll feel right at home here in NYC. Guest access You'll occupy the master BR with en-suite bath, walk-in closet, TV, desk, and king-size bed (with adjustable base and Tempurpedic mattress). During your stay I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule. I can be as available or as scarce as you want me to be, though I do need to take care of my dog. I'm always available via text when I'm not home. My cleaning person comes on Mondays so know that she'll be around generally from 8-3 on Mondays. If you're still sleeping she'll leave you be and clean the rest of the apartment until you wake up. Other things to note My dog will be here - she's super friendly, but if you're not into dogs, this is probably not the place for you. She will request that you pet her :). Verizon fios internet Printer available (extra charge if you need to print many pages) Should note that we're on the ground floor. Some people don't like that, but I have grown to love it. We have 24-hour security right outside our door and there's never a wait for an elevator! But there are downsides - a lack of natural light and it can be noisy. If you turn on the AC at night, the white noise helps.
