The 75 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the 4,500 m² garden. The house has been completely modernized to meet today's comfort needs. It was very important to us to preserve the charm of the historic building. The apartment has a living room with dining area and fireplace, two separate bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and a storage room. The first bedroom is furnished with a box spring double bed, the second has a bunk bed. Experience fantastic sunsets on the North Sea, enjoy the endless expanse on the dikes and sands of SPO and Westerhever, walks and bike tours through an incomparable flora and fauna. Cozy corners of the garden invite you to relax and have a cozy breakfast outdoors. Whether you want to enjoy a cozy coffee in the beach chair or barbecue in the garden – here you can fulfill every wish. When evening comes, you can enjoy a glass of wine or bake bread on a stick by the campfire of your own fireplace.
