Beautiful studio apartment. Private keypad entrance. 1 queen bed with quality mattress. Small pull-out couch. Small bathroom with Spa Shower. Beautiful quiet neighborhood great for walks or runs. Full kitchen. WiFi and SmartTV. Walking distance to Virginia Baptist Hospital, Randolph College, and Kroger. 9 min drive to Lynchburg General Hospital. 17 min to Liberty University. 10 min to downtown Lynchburg. The space The central heating / cooling is shared with the entire home and there is not a thermostat control in the rental area. We added a space heater and fan if needed. If you 6'2" or taller, it may be a challenge navigating the small bathroom. Guest access We live in the top floors of the home. There is no shared space between the home and the terrace level apartment and it has a private entrance. Other things to note Sorry no pets. Our Golden-doodle is shy around other animals but loves to meet new people. You may see her in the yard from time to time.
