Very clean, very private trailer located on 43 acres on a quiet country road in Spencer, NY. Very peaceful setting . WiFi is available. The HollyBrook Golf Course and Country Club is less than 3 miles away. The town of Spencer is also located a few short miles away. It is about 16 miles from downtown Ithaca, Cornell University. Many wineries are located in the surrounding area of Ithaca. Surrounded by state parks, gorge hikes and all the wonders of the Finger Lakes. Tioga Downs is 1/2 hr ride.
