Enjoy this lockable private room in a shared basement suite. It includes a queen bed, a closet, and a work station. A playpen with mattress and a bumbo seat can be included for free upon request. This single house has a lot of free parking on premises. The common area includes a well equipped kitchen, dinning area, laundry room, and a full washroom. These areas may be shared with guests from one other private room and the owner. Other things to note This is a 2 bedroom suite, so we ask that there would be no talking meetings/ phone calls during late hours to be considerate of the guest staying in the other room. Note: please only book if you are okay with noise of children and piano. Kids usually wake up between 7-8am. They will be in school on weekdays.
