The Hidden Gem with lots of comfort

You’ll love the place because of Location. It is minutes away from all the downtown attractions, malls, restaurants, and a beautiful park along the river with some of the most beautiful sculptures, multiple covered picnic areas along the trail; great for walking, bike riding (bike renters available for low price), jogging, roller skating, skate boarding, and a nice park for children. Also, multiple areas for boat access. It is parking at the house for your boat. The space The home is located in a diverse well established friendly and well kept neighborhood. Mostly retirees. It is a very cozy home sleeps 2 but can accommodate 4 with a sofa bed or queen Air mattress and with comfortable seating. It has a nice comfortable bed with a smart TV to access your favorite Netflix, HULU movies or you can lounge on the very comfortable couch and enjoy the big screen TV. While lounging, help yourself to the bar and its bar accessories as you prepare some of the most delicious drinks or sip on a BYOB of wine. Rather you bring the wine or visit one of the most sought out wineries 10-12 minutes away, you will enjoy the bar over drunken and/ or fun conversations. Also, just outside on the patio, you will find yourself in a secluded environment with plenty of seating. I also have put together a list of places to go and things to do with addresses and operating hours to assist you while enjoying your visit here In Chattanooga. Just grab one and take with you while you enjoy the beauty sights of Chattanooga. New to my home is Heating and Air unit with remote control feature. You’re able to operate and manage the room temperature. Also added, upscale security cameras outside the home with alarm panel for you to manage as you enter and exit during your stay. Guest access As you enter the driveway, you will park to the left of the garage, proceed through the arch of the walkway from the left side of the house. You will access the home from the patio. It is smart lock. The code will be provide the day before or early morning of arrival. After entering the home, It is a light switch to the left of the door. It's not the norm as it should be to the right, but it's located to the left. Same as with the bedroom. Again, the light switches are to the left as you enter the home and the bedroom. Also, to turn on multiple lights, the switches are on the wall past the stairs to the left above the smaller refrigerator. The home is equipped with 2 refrigerators. FYI: The home has outdoor cameras … No indoor cameras and the home is equipped with alarm system. You will be provided the alarm code and the alarm code should be deactivated within 30 seconds after installing the code. If you provide a time frame of your arrival, I can deactivate the alarm near that time. Other things to note The upper portion of the home is private and non accessible to vacationers. The kitchen area you will be occupying is not equipped with a STOVE but has a high end air fryer/oven that has the capability to cook whatever you choose. Also, 2 eye burner and other small appliances to use. This is a home that has a full equipped functional lower level, minus a traditional stove, but with lots of lighting and windows. This home is not suitable for animals. Please don’t bring your animals. You will be ask to leave immediately. As far as the cleanliness of beds, the bed linen ( mattress pad, pillow case covers and comforters) are pulled, rotated to different comforters and all are washed after each guests. I have multiple comforters, quilts, and mattress pads that are rotated after each guests so they can be washed and sanitized thoroughly. Being in the medical field, I take germ free environment important. I thank you in advance for your cooperation in caring for my home as it is greatly appreciated.
