You will get the entire apartment. I will be away the entire time. But this is my home, please understand I usually live in the apartment and rent it out only when I'm away. Because I usually live here, the main bedroom has limited closet space because my clothes and other belongings are there. The apartment is close to Science World, Chinatown and False Creek, and is conveniently located a block away from public transit. The den is off limit, it is my brother's room. He will not be here but his belongings stay in the den. It's a fairy large living room and kitchen with views to Mt Baker when the sky is clear. There is a 55" TV, netflix, internet and great sound system. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with Frigidaire appliances, in-suite washer and dryer. You will have lots of windows and natural lights. If you are a light sleeper, you may find it noisy. The room is located next to a main street. On a clear day, you will see the sunrise from your room and it looks amazing with Mount Baker in the back and overlooking Burnaby from afar. Guest access The building has a gym, pool table accessible on first come first serve basis, and free parking. Other things to note There are a few rules: 1) There is no smoking anywhere in the building. 2) Please remove and leave your shoes in the foyer area while in the apartment.
