The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living/dining room with a sleeping area and a complete bathroom with a shower. The space The apartment is located in a building with an elevator and can accommodate two people. The studio has everything you need to make your stay perfect: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, hair dryer, wifi, AC, heating, bed linen, towels, etc. The bed is foldable and can be pulled out from a closet. It is a double bed of 1.90x1.35. The living room has a dining table and a smart TV. Minty Stay will take care of the management and assistance during your stay in this serviced apartment. Upon consultation, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, finding a parking space nearby and transfer service to/from the airport or train station. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. Other things to note INGLÉS: Check-in time is from 3pm, although in some cases guests may enter earlier. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40.
