On a 2500 m2 shaded plot with terrace to fully enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is private, the land may need to be shared. All amenities 7 km away. (Illiers, Brou) The space Accommodation with equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two beds, a standard double bed 140 x 190 and a second single bed for one adult or two children (120 x 190). The living room sofa is convertible and can accommodate two adults. Guest access Access is via a gate overlooking Rue de Brou. Parking in private enclosed courtyard. You can bring the vehicle into the courtyard. Other things to note In order to eat without leaving the house, we offer 2 options. 1.
