Beautifully located at Brønshøj Torv, originally a village with a fire dam and church, now a lively neighborhood with cafes, shopping, playgrounds and many green areas with lakes. Free parking and easy access to well-functioning public transport, which in just 20 minutes brings you to the Town Hall Square. The space The house is a typical older Copenhagen house in red brick. There are two floors, and the two stairwells are a common homeowners' association with a common laundry room and a backyard with a common fire pit and trampoline. These amenities are for residents only. In the house live both young, elderly and families with children, we all know each other, and the place exudes kindness, spaciousness and hospitality. All of us who live there love being there. Guest access You have the apartment to yourself, and of course, you use the staircase. The front gardens, backyard and basement are reserved for the residents of the house Other things to note In the house, there is also a sweet older male cat. It's nice but can be a little reserved. And he is a little tired of small children, he lives with my two grandchildren of 1/2 and 3 years😊.
