Attic room including sauna & bathroom

Welcome in Oberaargau! We offer a spacious attic room on the 3rd floor with its own bathroom, including Shower, sauna and workspace in Langenthal. The attic room is accessed by a steep staircase (see pictures). Although there is no separate house entrance, kitchen, garden space can be used accordingly. The accommodation is centrally located. Bus and train connections are nearby. A free parking place for a small car is available. The space A bright open attic awaits you on the 3rd floor with a rustic plank floor. A private bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 toilet and 1 shower is available. In the room is a comfortable double bed 160 cm x 200 cm. Guest access Access to the attic on the 3rd floor is via a shared entrance. The stairs to the attic are steep and extraordinary (see photo). However, we are happy to help carry your luggage. On the ground floor there is a kitchen including a dining area, which may be used. The garden with seating and fire pit invites you to. During your stay Questions or concerns during the stay are welcome. Other things to note On colder days, you can relax in the small infrared 2-person sauna in the attic. For stays of 7 nights or more, the room, including Bathroom cleaned by us. The use of a washing machine is offered for stays of 7 nights or more.
