Villa Saila is a beautiful villa in San Teodoro, overlooking the sea. From there, you can admire the stunning hues of the sunset directly from the private pool. The space At the entrance there is a spacious open space consisting of a living area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, all characterized by an accentuated brightness thanks to the presence of the sliding glass door. Continuing further we find an equally bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedrooms with two single beds and a final bedroom with a double bed (pull-out bed ). Outside, the villa has a large, well-kept green area in which you can find a relaxing lounge corner. The pool area is also surrounded by comfortable sun loungers where you can sip a cool summer drink and, further out, there is a veranda with a comfortable table where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation surrounded by the aromas of the Mediterranean scrub. Villa Saila is located within the protected marine area of Capo Coda Cavallo which has some of the best beaches in Sardinia. Among these, the splendid Salina Bamba beach which, with its fine white sand, is located a few meters from the villa and will amaze you with its crystalline waters. At 600 meters from Villa Saila you can't miss Cala Suaraccia which is a sandy cove characterized by crystalline waters and rich in marine fauna. 900 meters away however, there is another of the most visited beaches in the area which is the Salinedda beach which is a long coastline equipped with all the necessary services. However, the beach considered the jewel of the area is Cala Brandinchi: a long stretch of fine white sand that frames clear, turquoise waters. Furthermore, if you want, you can rent a boat and explore the entire protected marine area of the Tavolara Island. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
