Lake View Cottage has been lovingly renovated to provide the perfect secluded bolt hole for a romantic stay. Whether it is the cedar wood hot tub, heated outdoor shower, lake views from the balcony or star gazing from the sheltered seating area, or perhaps inside with the giant corner sofa, huge smart TV or well-equipped kitchen, we've tried to think of everything you need for your stay so you can concentrate on the romance! The space A cool, calm, relaxing interior with white-oiled oak woodwork and flooring, Little Greene paint, White Company bed linen and Fired Earth tiles in the bathroom, we've busted the budget on this renovation to give our guests a luxurious stay. The property offers upside down living with the kitchen, dining and living space all offering peaceful views of the 6-acre lake, which can also be enjoyed from the balcony. At night, get your best night's sleep ever on a luxury super king bed complete with Vispring mattress. The kitchen has stone worktops, high-end appliances including an oven, induction hob and a microwave. A Quooker tap and Nespresso coffee machine complete all the things you need to live well at home. And when you're done, pack it all into the dishwasher and get on with whatever you like! The living room has a giant corner sofa for cosy cuddles or your personal lie-down space whilst enjoying the Smart TV and your favourite box sets or movies, or play a board game on the large coffee table. Outside, as well as the hot tub and shower, there is a sheltered seating area, dining area, balcony with luxury seating, gas grill and even a herb garden for fresh herbs for that special dish. The accommodation is on the doorstep of the New Forest which offers romantic walks or bike rides, leisurely lunches or candlelit dinners, then come back and chill in the hot tub watching the stars... Lake View Cottage is in a private secluded location on a gated 200-acre estate. Close to your booking you will receive access instructions including your 24-hour access code to the gate. The accommodation is self-contained and you will not be staying near other people. Other things to note PS For guests with allergies, please let us know and we can substitute our hypoallergenic duvet and pillows for the luxury feather ones we usually provide. The nearby town of Romsey has a range of supermarkets and restaurants, as does the New Forest.
