You’re about to stay in a fabulous three floor, 4 bedrooms/5 beds detached stunning home 🏡 On entering there is an open plan ground floor with beautiful wooden floors throughout, plus a ground floor bathroom, toilet and washbasin. The large living room with 2 x 3 seater couches plus 1 individual chair makes this a perfect space to relax and watch your wall mounted flatscreen TV with full sky package and Netflix. The dining room with a 8 seater dining table is ideal for groups to share a meal. The kitchen boasts an electric hob, separate oven, plus full size dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and a nutribullet. The kitchen is well stocked for you to produce a meal for large groups. We also provide all the cooking basics, cooking oils, herbs, spices etc etc. We have a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother and an array of coffee pods. For laundry there is also a washing machine with clothes airer along with an iron and ironing board. ⭐️For your morning continental breakfast which is included in the price I will provide pastries, 4 types of cereal, milk (dairy or non dairy) filtered water, fresh nespresso coffee, French press coffee, decaf coffee, tea, Green tea, cappuccino and hot chocolate. On the first floor you have one large master kingsize bedroom, one double bedroom and a single bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite with walk in power shower. A full size bathroom for the other guests on this floor has a separate walk in shower, toilet and washbasin. The top floor is another extra large bedroom with wooden floors throughout. It has a double bed size bed and a single bed boasting a flat screen wall mounted 50 inch TV with Apple TV and a comfortable two seater couch. You will have everything provided, extra pillows and extra duvets etc. Toiletries and large luxurious towels are also all included in the price per guest. There is also instantaneous hot water from both showers. The open plan dining/kitchen ground floor area opens out to a private secure fenced garden. The front of the property can accommodate up to 4 cars. Safe, secure, ultimate luxury, proximity to Dublin Airport and the city are offered by staying in this house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, you will be asked how many beds are needed to prepare each room fully for your guests. The house is in a quiet residential estate and is not suited to parties or events. Quiet hours 11pm - 7am. On entering and leaving we kindly ask if you could keep noise to a minimum after certain hours just to respect our lovely neighbours.
