A quiet retreat in Seville

Our house is a very family-friendly house, ideal for families with and without children who want peace and fresh air without being more than 15 minutes away from the city. A 5-minute walk away, there are shops of all kinds to buy, and the city is a 10-minute drive, 15 minutes by metro, and 20 minutes by bus (the latter being the best option as the stop is just 100 meters away). It has a garden, swimming pool, and fully equipped gym. The space 1000 m2 of plot. 450 m2 of house. 1.
