Located near Downtown Hot Springs, this Mid-Century style space is retro chic! Built in 1933, this historic landmark was recently transformed into a hip and stylish destination. Our prime location is minutes away from the most popular attractions including the famous Bathhouse Row, North Woods Trail, Oaklawn Racing & Casino, Garvan Gardens, the Entertainment District and our Beautiful Lakes. The space **Please alert us if you require ADA accessibility so that we may have the garage with ramp entrance open for your arrival** This classic Americana style space pays homage to the iconic “Motor-lodge” which continues to take root in popularity. Its ideal for the fun-seeking and business traveler. The award-winning Best Cafe and Bar, located on the property, is a favorite among locals and visitors. They feature a breakfast and lunch menu by Executive Chef Joshua Garland and Sous Chef James Debray. A full service bar is available alongside a handcrafted cocktail menu. This ADA space has all new furniture, upgraded fine linens and was redesigned to have a hidden ramp in the garage, an extra wide door, roll-in shower, and roll-under sink. Handicap parking is close for your convenience. There is One Queen Bedroom and a Second Queen Bed in the main room. It also has a sofa, dining table, designated work space with a desk and high speed internet, microwave with cart, refrigerator, flat screens with Direct TV, and a nightstand with a Charging Cube for USB devices. Though autos are not allowed in the attached garage, it is perfect to use for a secure area to lock away your mountain bike, kayak or additional cargo. Many of our guests open the garage door and use it as a shaded seating area to enjoy the outdoors. A cedar bench is also provided on your front porch so you can enjoy the scenery and cool breezes. Multiple spaces can be rented to accommodate groups, friends and family gatherings. We have been in continuous operation since 1933 and have remained a favorite destination for many of our regular guests. Much has changed in Hot Springs since then but we like to think that some things still remain the same... such as offering the “Best” overnight-away-from-home experience to our friends and guests! Guest access Guests will self check-in with a provided door code. Please note that this is one of several units on the property so please expect to see other guests in surrounding units. Each space comes with one designated parking spot. Trailers are not permitted. Other things to note HISTORY: Originally built in 1933 as the Best Motel Motor Court, it has recently been completely rebuilt from top to bottom. The sixteen-month-long renovation included restoring units and garages to their original roof and trim colors while salvaging the Malvern Brick Company’s yellow brick. As well, The Best Cafe & Bar store front has been restored to its original door and window configuration. The original neon sign builder, Meeks Neon, was hired to rebuild the original design of the Best Court neon sign as it was in 1933.
