Our loft is located in historic walls. More than 125 years ago, the area, which is characterized by 2-story half-timbered buildings, was used by the imperial military. Today we can provide you with a cozy accommodation here in a new guise and freshly renovated. The space The apartment, which was completely renovated in the summer of 2023 and is about 100 square meters, consists of a large, loft-like living and dining room with an open cooking area, 3 bedrooms (2 of which are almost at ground level and one on the 1st floor) and a new shower room. When booking with 7 or 8 guests, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a cozy double bed - then offers good sleeping comfort, although not quite comparable to a "real" bed. With us, you can also accommodate 8 adults well. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the whole city due to the good connection to public transport and the parking lot in front of the door. The largest park in Hamburg - the Volkspark - with the adjacent Volkspark Stadium and the Barclays Arena are just a few minutes' walk away. The Waitzstraße, Ottensen, the Schanze, the Elbe with the Landungsbrücken, the city center and the HafenCity are also very easy to reach from us by bus or car.
