Super location; walk to galleries, restaurants, coffee shops but come back to your serene hideaway. Large patio with fire pit and gas grill. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. This unit is approximately 800 square feet; it's small and cozy. This home has its original kitchen, bathroom, closets, doors etc. The kitchen has working appliances from the 1950's. They work but not as efficiently as new appliances, the oven is small. The only adjoining wall is a solid block wall between the kitchens and dining rooms, almost no noise can be heard between the units. Both the bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the duplex and have comfortable queen beds, either a dresser or a desk and a closet with a couple drawers at the bottom. If you like something genuinely vintage this is a great fit, if you're looking for something sparkly, trendy, or brand new, this may not be the place for you as some guests find the home dated. We chase and repair cracks and any cracking paint, but you may see some if they're new or we haven't gotten to them yet. The back yard is left natural and is maintained monthly. Depending on when you come, you may see weeds. You may also find pomegranates depending on the season. The yards are separated by a wood fence. It is designed for privacy but will not block noise or conversations. If guests in the other unit are being noisy outside, please let us know right away and we will take care of it. We want you to have a calm, relaxing stay; peacefully enjoying the views and stars from the backyard. Reviews are our lifeblood.
