The great 120 m² centrally located apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building and is suitable for up to 4 (6) people. If necessary, it can be combined with our apartments for 1-2 people. Equipped with air hockey, darts, record player, projector and screen as well as cozy furnishings. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity to the city harbor, Schwerin Palace, the theater and museum. The center and a swimming area are just a 10-minute walk away. The space The 120 m² apartment consists of an open living room/activity concept adjacent to an open bedroom. Everything is loft-like. Overlooking the cathedral and the Schelfkirche. The large screen with projector invites you to relax. An air hockey table and a dart machine, on the other hand, mean there is no time to get bored. A record player and various records are also available. In the middle of the apartment is the beautiful spacious shower room. One room further is the open kitchen with dining area, which is connected to another open bedroom. There is also a workplace here. There are two sleeping areas, each with a double bed. If you are traveling with more than 2 households, a sofa bed can be used as a third sleeping area. We will of course prepare this on request. Please let us know! In the utility room there is, among other things, a washing machine with dryer and in the living room there are integrated clotheslines. Guest access Access to the apartment is possible without contact. The key is hanging in a key box at the entrance to the house and thus allows you to arrive 24/7 - very easily. You will receive the current code for the key box shortly before arrival. Other things to note The apartment is located on a road that leads along the Schwerin city harbor to the fairytale castle as well as to the museum, the theater and the city center. Since it is located in the city center, the availability of free parking is correspondingly low. But just five minutes away from the wonderful city harbor, there are two large fenced paid parking lots. The heating can be regulated via the thermostat in the living room and not via the individual radiators.
