Modern cozy apartment

We are renting out our fully furnished apartment in Bermatingen-Ahausen. Ahausen is a picturesque small village in the middle of apple orchards about 7 km to Lake Constance. In the village, there are several farm shops as well as a small supermarket. The bike path to the lake leads directly past the house. You can also reach the lake by public transport. The bus runs about every 30 minutes. The train station is within walking distance. We are happy to welcome you as a guest. Best regards from the Lake Constance region! The space The apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of our single-family house completed in 2023 and can be reached via a separate staircase. The apartment is about 60 square meters and consists of: - large living, dining and kitchen area with sofa bed (approx. 1.20 m wide). - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, ceramic stovetop with four burners) - Covered west balcony adjoining the living room - Bedroom with double bed and balcony access - Fully equipped bathroom with large shower and washing machine for free use. Other things to note The apartment is designed for max. two adults and two children. Our house is located in a new development area and was only recently completed.
